A diversity of

Strengths

At Huntington, we believe that people are unique across many dimensions and our company’s success will depend on whether we leverage a diversity of strengths. As individuals, being strong in one area often means being weak in another, which is why having a well balanced team is so important. Having team members who are self-aware and acknowledge this reality is important to us because we believe this lays the foundation for productive relationships based in humility, trust, and open dialog.
